Hello all, thank you for coming to my little corner of the internet to see what this is all about. My name is Sarah White, I am a recent graduation of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Divinity in ministry to women. I have an amazing husband named Nathan who is a youth and worship pastor at a local church in Fort Mill South Carolina. We love all things board games and talking with anyone who will listen about God. We also have a German Shepherd Lab mix named Roscoe who always keeps us on our toes! I have learned a lot through people I have served alongside over the years. Things such as, being the Baptist Collegiate Intern for three years with Spartanburg BCM, I was a children’s director at a church plant in Spartanburg for five years and while I served the children at the church I also coordinated small group leaders and wrote the curriculum for our small groups as well as being heavily involved in developing a women’s ministry alongside the lead pastors wife. Each of these roles as well as my time at Southeastern have shaped me into the leader that I am today and have shaped the passion I have for helping women better understand God.

I have a passion for helping women better understand who God is, diving deeper into what the Word says, and helping women come into their own and start investing in the lives of women around them. When women better understand who God is and the purpose for which He created them they begin to flourish into the beautiful creatures that He created them to be and starts living out what He created them to be. But it is only through relying on God and finding our Identity in who He is and who He says we are that this flourishing begins to take place. It is all because of Him that there is anything good with in any of us. it is for this reason that I love to teach women any chance I get about who God is and how they can make an impact in their community around them. Things I love to teach about are: The character of God, biblical womanhood, singleness, obedience to God, prayer, what discipleship is and how God is calling everyone to that, and so much more.

The vision for this blog platform is to create a place for women to come together and learn more about God, Scripture, and their purpose. As well as equipping women to go out and share and disciple the ladies who are around them in their day to day lives. This is to be a launching pad for your learning and understanding so that you can feel empowered and equipped to take it to those who are in your community around you. The is what the whole title of this blog is about Becoming Titus 2 Women means understanding who God is and the importance of your walk with Him and of investing in the ladies who are in your age group but also in the generations who come after you creating strong disciples of Jesus to make an impact on the world around us.
